Abstract

RAMP is an open-source, community-developed, FPGA-based emulator for parallel architectures. This Hot Chips presentation describes the project’s motivation, shared design framework, reusable hardware and software modules, and reference systems intended to accelerate multidisciplinary research in multiprocessor architecture and software.
